ONE step at a time.
(A poem about growth)

Take it slow.
Have fun. Learn.
Enjoy learning.
Look back & appreciate all that you are learning.
Help yourself be good to yourself, in a real way.

Feel the sway. Of the trees, of your Heart, of your Soul. A wayfaring stranger that just entered your doorstep.
A new friend you'd love to adore.

Teachings are everywhere. They give more than they take.
We choose to feel the ebb or the flow, or both, and how necessary they indeed are.

And new beginnings are everywhere too.

The continuance in that smile is softly scratching down your hands and fingers.
The fulfillment of that dream is here, and then over -Only to give birth to new new beginnings.

Take it slower.
Have some tea. And seven oranges.
Fill your chest with air. Breathe into the future. Expand the option of reality, as an option, and a reality, both equally true.

Love your new stranger.
Let him hug you.
Hug him back. She will wrap warmth around you. It will stand guard, and give you apples to eat.

Now, you're home.
Now, you're safe.
Now, you're free.
Now, you're loved.

RECYCLING AND CREATIVITY - hand in hand; a love story
For New Year's 2012 I wanted to make a new year's card. Yes, MAKE one, not just run down to the drug store and get one .

I wanted to be creative.
I wanted to see if I could remember how to get into the zone of making something out of a paper bag, string, pen and some good old imagination.

For 25 minutes or so, I was gone inside my own world of magic.
I had to use my best ideas, and try a few new things as well.

And the best thing is, the WHOLE experience was free!
AND, I did not burden the environment in the process.

Send me pictures of your home-made cards, recycled, re-used, re-imagined.
